my stories, books, and works-in-progress
On the surface, writing is a quiet endeavour that fills in the spaces of my life and workweek, without ripples. There is often nothing to show until the story is close to publication and I can share exciting things like book cover reveals, character and story sneak peaks, and ARC’s. But I’m not quite up to that part yet.
Apart from busily building worlds, hatching plots, imagining characters and their problems, then actually writing the story; there is the time I spend in writing groups, feedback groups, and submitting to competitions and publications.
Writing is slow art and deep work. And it’s already a full life.
So, here is what I am currently working on:
WT Sea Haven - small town romantic suspense completed manuscript now in editing - competition submissions
WT Christmas Rain - small town rescue short story - self-editing first draft
WT Alpine Lights - a paranormal romance set in Australia’s high country - first draft and competition submissions
WT The Warrior and The Healer - a fantasy story - world building and first draft
